DELIVERY & SELF COLLECTION

What are your delivery options?

We provide door-to-door courier service for local and international orders.


For local orders in Singapore, delivery costs $3.50 and will take between 2-3 working days.

For Priority orders in Singapore, delivery costs $23.00 and will be shipped on the day itself.


For international orders, please email us at helloyimage@yimage.com.sg. The estimated time for delivery will be 14 - 21 working days.
During sale seasons, do take note that there may be a delay in deliveries as we sort through the high volume of orders and work to getting each order packed accurately for you.


Am I able to pick up my YIMAGE order from our office?

Yes you may!

You may opt for "Self-Collection" for your YIMAGE orders during checkout. Simply choose the option for self-collection. Your order will be processed within 1-3 working days, after which you will receive an SMS or Whatsapp text that your purchase is ready for collection.

PRODUCT & FABRIC PRINTING

I just made a purchase and I accidentally ordered the wrong item or wrong size. What can I do about it?

Oh dear! If this happened, quickly inform our customer service with your order number within two hours of your order being placed to ensure that we are aware of the changes. We will do our utmost best to accommodate the changes.


The item or fabric I want is sold out. Will you restock? If so, can you notify me when you replenish the inventory?

We periodically re-stock select items and fabrics on the site. To hear about new inventories, please sign up for our mailing list to receive e-mail notifications of re-stocking and new styles. Optionally please email our customer care at customercare@yimage.com.sg for details on the item you wish to purchase.


How long does it take to process and print my designs? (Fabric Printing)

Depending on the physical size and quantity of your order, it may take anywhere between 1 - 5 days to process your fabric printing order.

Alternatively, If you book an appointment with us through our appointment page, we are able to process and deliver your prints on the spot.

 

 

FABRIC PRINTING RETURNS

I don’t like how my print turned out, can I have a refund? What is your return policy?

If they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. You get 14 days (2 weeks) to take your YIMAGE order for a spin, confidently knowing you can return any item (some exceptions apply) for any reason within 14 days. We will return the amount to you in store credits that will be sent to your email, which you will be able to use at any other time. Store credits are valid for a year from date of return.


Return Policy Exceptions

We do our best to provide excellent return policies that ease your shopping experience, and here are some things below for you to take note of:

  1. If it’s beyond 14 days from date of purchase, we’re unable to do a return for you.

How can I return my YIMAGE order?

We make returns as easy as possible. Simply follow the steps below to send your order back:

  1. Head to (placeholderlink) to print out a return form and fill it up.

  2. Place item(s) in packaging of your choice with return form and receipt. If you have an e-receipt instead, please email to customercare@yimage.com.sg along with your e-receipt. Our staff will contact you shortly after to confirm the return.

  3. Close and tape packaging securely.

  4. Return the package to our studio:

  5. You will receive an email notification with your store credits once it has been processed.

 

 

MISCELLANEOUS

Do store credits expire?

Our store credits expire a year from day your return is successfully processed. You'll have time to browse and make your decision!


 

I am trying to access your website but there is a problem. Can you help?

We know that it can be frustrating when you can't view a website properly. If you are having trouble, you may try the following:

- Ensure your web browser is up-to-date.
- Access our website using a different web browser.
- Clear your cookies. This can be done through your internet options.
