  • Get a Consultation: Email us at helloyimage@yimage.com.sg with your fabric details, and our team will provide a customized printing solution.

  • Visit Our Office: For a hands-on experience, walk into our Singapore studio. Our friendly staff will assess your fabric, provide technical recommendations, and show you physical print samples.

Step 2: Submit Your Artwork

To ensure the highest print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow these submission guidelines:

1. Choose Your Delivery Method

  • Google Drive: Paste your sharing link directly into our pop-up form (ensure access is set to "Anyone with the link").

  • WeTransfer: For large files, send your transfer link to helloyimage@yimage.com.sg.

  • Direct Email: Send files under 20MB directly to helloyimage@yimage.com.sg.

2. Technical File Requirements

Please configure your files using the following specifications to avoid production delays:

  • Color Mode: CMYK (Essential for color accuracy)

  • Resolution: 180 DPI (Pixels/inch)

  • Format: .TIFF or .JPG

  • Mac Users: Please save files in IBM PC Byte Order.

  • Character Support: Use English letters and numbers only (avoid symbols or special characters).

3. Standardized Naming Convention

Help our production team track your order by naming your file as follows:

Format: SchoolName_Name_Size_Fabric_FileName Example: NAFA_Daniel_A3_Satin_Flower


Which size should I choose if my print is odd-shaped?

For instance, if I want to print this Mona Lisa Photo below -

  • Yes you may, as long as it is within our maximum dimension of 1000mm x 1200m.

  • Yes we can, however, we would not suggest as that method as it may leave unsightly compression lines in between.

  • We would not suggest doing it that way as it may leave compression lines. Be creative to think of ways to work around if you can apply a cut-and-sew technique to piece them together!

  • We are sorry to inform you that our technique does not work on natural fibers. The colors will turn out faded and it would not absorb the colors and turn out vibrant than of polyester fabrics..

  • Yes, you can do a test print with us at for free long as it is within the dimension of 148mm x 210mm.
